Choosing the right optimization level for your website using 10Web Booster can be a tricky process as it largely depends on your website's specific needs and the trade-off you are willing to make between performance and stability. 10Web Booster provides four levels of optimization that you can select from.
Note:
After changing modes, your website will be re-optimized according to the new settings. The changes will take effect once the optimization process is complete.
Standard and balanced
These are the two most reliable yet least aggressive levels. Standard and Balanced modes implement several speed optimization techniques to boost your website's performance without overly changing your site's functioning. They use native browser techniques for loading resources, ensuring safety but might compromise a bit on page speed.
Strong
The Strong level is faster and more aggressive compared to Standard and Balanced. It incorporates advanced features like automatic image lazy loading and delay of all JavaScript, meaning that all JS will load upon interaction. While the Strong level changes the way resources are loaded, it does not interfere with your website's stability and delivers a good balance between speed and dependability.
Extreme
This is our most aggressive and high-performing level. Extreme mode incorporates all the features of the previous modes, plus prioritizes the loading of critical CSS and JavaScript delay, aiming for the highest possible page speed scores. However, for some JavaScript-heavy websites, Extreme mode might not be the optimal choice. If your website falls into this category, we recommend testing the Extreme mode on a few pages to evaluate its performance.
Remember, choosing the correct optimization level largely depends on your website's individual requirements and your preference for stability versus speed.
Each level in the 10Web Booster offers a unique combination of optimization settings for best performance and stability. If you need more control over individual settings, you might want to consider using the Advanced settings of the 10Web Booster.
Note:
If you have a hosted website on 10Web, you can also apply the Pro Level of optimization. The Pro level of optimization enables the Cloudflare CDN on top of your current level of optimization.
