Important:
To delete your account, you must first cancel any active subscriptions, ensure all websites associated with your account are removed, and no other users are invited to your account.
Here's a simple guide on how to delete your 10Web account:
- Log in to your 10Web account. Make sure you've canceled your subscription and removed all associated websites and users.
- Click on your gravatar located at the top right corner of the page
- Select Login info & security
- Look for the Delete your account card and click Delete Account
Important:
If your account has confirmed payments associated with it, the option to delete your account will not be available. To proceed with deleting your account, please contact our customer support team.
- A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm your account deletion.
Important:
Deleting your account will permanently erase all data linked to it. This action is irreversible.
- To confirm, enter your account password and click Delete
After deletion, a success pop-up will confirm the process is complete.
Important:
Free plan users can delete their accounts only when the free plan has expired and they have removed their demo website.
