10Web Website Builder’s containers are fundamental for organizing web page elements and structuring your layout efficiently. If you have generated or converted a website using the 10Web AI Builder, then the Flexbox container feature is activated on your website.
How to create containers
You can create a container using one of the following methods:
- Add button: Tap the + icon on your canvas and select a preferred layout.
- Drag and drop: Drag and drop the container widget from the widgets panel onto your canvas.
- Drag a widget to the canvas: Drag a widget into your canvas, aiming for the + sign. Dropping it here automatically generates a container.
Insert above an existing container
- Hover over an existing container to see it’s handle
- Click the + icon on the handle
- The container section will appear
- Click the + icon and choose a container layout
Once your container is in place, you can start adding widgets or even insert another container within it to form a nested structure. However, a minimalistic approach using fewer containers often leads to a cleaner, faster, and more maintainable page layout.
