This guide focuses on the pricing models for domain purchases and the domain renewal process, ensuring you have all the information needed to manage your domain subscription effectively.
Intro to domain subscriptions
Pricing varies based on the domain name chosen. This flexibility allows you to find a domain that fits your budget and brand.
Note:
Currently, you can purchase a domain only if you already have an active 10Web Platform plan.
Each domain purchased creates a domain agreement separate from your platform plans and other domain subscriptions. This allows independent management of all domain subscriptions, including renewal and cancellation processes.
Important:
If you decide to cancel your hosting subscription with 10Web, your domain subscription remains active. Each domain subscription should be canceled separately.
As of now, domains can only be purchased with an annual renewal model; however, more flexible options are on the roadmap.
Note:
Even if your main platform subscription is set to monthly payments, domain subscription payments will be set to annual renewal.
You can enable or disable Auto-renewal directly from the Domains menu of your 10Web Dashboard. The renewal price for your domain will be visible next to the Auto-renewal setting, giving you a clear view of future billing.
Note:
Renewal prices are subject to change. We advise revisiting the pricing information as your domain's renewal date approaches to confirm the exact amount.

- On 10Web Dashboard navigate to the top bar where you’ll find the My Products menu item.
- Click on My Products > Domains submenu to access our domain services.
- By default, you will be taken to the Get a New Domain section. Use the Search bar to choose your desired domain name.
- Once you’ve found your desired domain name, click on Get it button.
- On the checkout page, you'll be prompted to fill in or confirm your billing information.
- Add/choose your preferred payment method.
- Complete your domain purchase with Secure Checkout.
Important:
If you adjust your billing details on the checkout page, these changes will apply to your entire 10Web account, affecting all products and services linked to it.
After successful payment, your domain will be listed under Domains Portfolio section where you can manage settings like domain privacy, DNS, contact information, and more.
How to cancel a domain
Canceling your domain subscription is simple and can be done directly from your 10Web Dashboard:
- On 10Web Dashboard navigate to the top bar where you’ll find the My Products menu item.
- Click on My Products > Domains submenu to access our domain services.
- Toggle off the Auto-renewal button next to the desired domain name.
This will prevent the domain from automatically renewing at the end of its subscription period.
Transferring your domain to another registrar
You can transfer your domain name from 10Web to another domain registrar. However, please note that newly registered domains have a mandatory 60-day transfer lock period imposed by ICANN regulations. During this period, we are unable to initiate the transfer process.
Once the 60-day period has elapsed from the date of your domain purchase:
- Contact our customer support team to request a transfer authorization code (EPP code).
- Use this code to initiate the transfer process with the new registrar.
Note:
Note: For .co.uk domains, please, provide us the registrar tag from your new domain registrar to confirm the transfer.
Important:
Make you your domain subscription is cancelled on 10Web Dashboard not to be charged at the end of the subscription period.
