The payments feature is a crucial component of our Ecommerce capabilities, allowing you to set up and manage payment systems directly from your dashboard. This feature supports multiple payment methods, enhancing your ability to receive payments through various offline and online methods.
10Web Payments
10Web Payments is an easy-to-use gateway for Ecommerce that lets you process online transactions and manage payments through the 10Web platform. It supports Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discovery Network credit cards. Currently, this feature is available only for merchants in the USA and Canada.
Enabling 10Web Payments
We have created a comprehensive guide to assist you in enabling the 10Web payment method. Follow the steps to learn how to use both test and live payment modes effectively.
Direct Bank Transfer
Direct Bank Transfer, also known as Bank Account Clearing System (BACS), allows customers to make payments offline. Orders using Direct Bank Transfer stay in on hold status until the payment is confirmed outside of WooCommerce, requiring manual approval from the store owner. Make sure the payment has cleared before shipping the order and marking it as Processing or Completed.
Enabling Direct Bank Transfer payment method
- Navigate to Ecommerce > Payment methods > Toggle on Direct Bank Transfer > Manage.
- You will be redirected to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments.
- Use the toggle under Enable to select Direct Bank Transfer.
- Select Set Up to access the Direct Bank Transfer (BACS) configuration settings.
- Configure your settings:
- Enable/Disable: Enable to use. Disable to turn off.
- Title: Choose the title shown to customers during checkout.
- Description: Add info shown to customers if they choose Direct Bank Transfer.
- Instructions: Explain how to make a payment to your bank account(s).
- Account Details: Enter account name and number, bank name, routing number, IBAN and/or SWIFT/BIC numbers shown to customers on the Order Received page and in Order emails after checking out.
- Click Save changes.
Check Payments
Check Payments is a payment gateway that lets customers make payments offline. Orders using Check Payments remain in on hold status until payment clears outside of WooCommerce, requiring manual confirmation from the store owner. Verify the payment has cleared before processing the order.
Enabling Check Payments method
- Navigate to Ecommerce > Payment methods > Toggle on Check Payments > Manage.
- You will be redirected to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments.
- Use the toggle under Enabled to select Check Payments.
- Select Set Up to access the Check Payments settings.
- Configure your settings:
- Enable/Disable: Enable to use. Disable to turn off.
- Title: Choose the title shown to customers during checkout.
- Description: Add info shown to customers if they choose Check Payments.
- Instructions: Explain how to pay by Check.
- Click Save changes.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) lets you take payments at the time of delivery. WooCommerce sets orders using COD to Processing until payment is collected. Confirm payments for COD orders before setting them to Complete.
Enabling Cash on Delivery payment method
- Navigate to Ecommerce > Payment methods > Toggle on Cash on Delivery > Manage.
- You will be redirected to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments.
- Use the toggle under Enabled to select Cash on Delivery.
- Select Set Up to access the Cash on Delivery configuration settings.
- Configure your settings:
- Enable COD: Enable to use. Disable to turn off.
- Title: Choose the title shown to customers during checkout.
- Description: Add info shown to customers if they choose COD.
- Instructions: Explain how to pay via COD.
- Enable for shipping methods: Choose which shipping methods and rates will offer COD.
- Accept for virtual orders: Tick box to allow COD for virtual products.
- Click Save changes.

Other payment methods
If 10Web Payments is not available in your country or for your business type, you can still take advantage of online payment methods. 10Web Ecommerce sites use the WooCommerce plugin for ecommerce functionalities, allowing you to utilize any third-party WooCommerce plugin add-on that supports your desired payment method available in your country, such as WooPayments and others.
