Form actions are tasks executed after a visitor submits data. These tasks include emailing the form data, redirecting to another page, or sending the data to an external marketing service etc.
Available actions
- Collect Submissions: Form submissions are typically collected and made accessible to the website owner through WP Admin when visitors submit information.
- Email: Sends visitor-submitted information via email.
To: The email address(es) to which the form submission will be sent.
Subject: The subject line for the form submission email.
Message: The body content of the form submission email.
From Email: The email address that will appear as the sender of the form submission email.
From Name: The name that will appear as the sender of the form submission email.
Reply To: The email address where replies to the form submission email should be directed.
CC: The email address(es) to which the form submission will be sent.
BCC: Email addresses of recipients who will receive a copy of the form submission email without being visible to other recipients.
Meta Data: Additional data about the form submission, such as submission time and user information, not visible to the form recipients.
Send As: The format in which the form submission email will be sent, such as plain text or HTML. - Email 2: Used when you want to send an email to the visitor who submitted the form.
To: This field is used to specify the recipient's address. To send a response to all submitters, include the Email Field ID from the field's advanced settings, typically formatted as [field id="email"].

- Drip: Drip is an automated marketing tool, through which, you can effortlessly send form submissions directly to their system. Before connecting your form with Drip, you'll need to acquire your Drip API key. You have the option to enter a custom API key, which enables you to assign specific forms to different campaigns within Drip.
- ActiveCampaign: This is both an automated marketing tool and CRM. This integration allows you to seamlessly send form submissions directly to their system. Prior to integrating your form with ActiveCampaign, you'll need to have your ActiveCampaign API key and API URL ready. You also have the choice to input a custom API key.
- GetResponse: GetResponse functions as an email marketing system, allowing you to send form submissions directly to their platform through this integration. Prior to integrating your form with GetResponse, ensure you have acquired your GetResponse API key. You also have the flexibility to use a custom API key, which enables you to assign specific forms to different campaigns within GetResponse.
- ConvertKit: ConvertKit functions as an email marketing system, enabling you to send form submissions directly to their platform through this integration. Before integrating your form with ConvertKit, it's essential to obtain your ConvertKit API key. You also have the flexibility to use a custom API key, which allows you to assign specific forms to different campaigns.
- MailerLite: MailerLite is an email marketing system that lets you send form submissions directly to their platform. To integrate your form with MailerLite, you'll need your MailerLite API key, with the option to use a custom API key to assign forms to different campaigns.
- Slack: With Slack integration, you can send submitted form data to specific text channels on Slack using a unique Webhook URL. Fill out the following details in the Slack section:
Webhook URL: Enter Slack's webhook URL.
Channel: Specify the channel name where the form information should be sent.
Username: Choose a username to display as the sender.
Pre Text: Enter custom text that will appear below the username.
Title: Include a title to precede each message.
Description: Provide a description to precede each message.
Form Data: Toggle this on if you want the form fields to appear in Slack.
Timestamp: Toggle this on if you want the submission time to appear in the Slack message.
Color: Select a color to display as a vertical line alongside Slack messages. - Discord: Discord is a popular communications platform where you can send visitor-submitted information to a Discord server. With Discord integration, you can send submitted form data to specific Discord channels using a unique Webhook URL. Fill out the following details in the Discord section:
Webhook URL: Enter the Discord webhook URL.
Avatar URL: Provide the URL for an image file to appear as the avatar for form submissions.
Title: Enter a title for the form submissions.
Description: Enter a description for the form submissions.
Form Data: Toggle to "Yes" if you want to include all form fields in the Discord message.
Timestamp: Toggle to "Yes" if you want the submission time to appear in Discord.
Color: Select a color to display as a vertical line alongside Discord messages.
