How to regain access to your 10Web Dashboard
- Wait for 1 hour. The lockout will automatically expire after this period.
- Once the hour has passed, go to 10web.io and click Log in.
- If you don't remember your credentials, click Forgot Password? on the login page.
- Enter your registered email and follow the instructions to reset your password.
- Log in with your new credentials once the lockout period ends.
Important:
Attempting to log in repeatedly during the lockout may extend the wait time.
