The Website Structure panel in the 10Web Builder helps you manage your website's pages and navigation from a single interface—without needing to access the WordPress admin panel. You can add, reorder, and configure pages, posts, products, and templates quickly inside the builder.
This guide walks you through how to use this feature to create and manage your website’s navigation and structure effectively.
Accessing the website structure
To open the Website Structure panel:
- Click the Structure button in the top bar of the 10Web Builder.
- The left sidebar will expand and display the Website Structure panel.
From here, all navigation and page changes save automatically.
Important:
This panel is only accessible to users with the Admin role.
Manage the navigation menu
The Navigation menu represents the main website menu, usually shown in the header. You can add, remove, and reorder items directly in this panel.
To add a navigation item:
- Click the “+” next to the Navigation menu.
- Select a content type (Pages, Posts, Products, etc.).
- Pick the item from the filtered list or use the group-specific search.
- Click on an item to instantly add it to the menu.
Important:
Only published items are available to add.
To reorder items:
- Drag and drop items within the Navigation menu list.
- Nested menus support up to 3 levels of hierarchy.
To remove an item from the navigation:
- Hover over the item and click the Settings (gear) icon.
- In the Page Settings panel, toggle off Show in navigation menu.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
Note:
If a page is set to Draft, it will automatically be removed from the navigation menu.
To edit an item:

Hover over an item to access:
Edit icon (pencil): Opens the page, post, or product in a new tab for content editing.
Settings icon (gear): Opens a side panel to manage title, label, slug, status, and navigation visibility.
Add custom links to the navigation
- Click the “+” icon in the Navigation section.
- Select Custom links.
- Fill in the URL and Navigation label fields.
- Click Add custom link.
These will appear as regular items in your navigation menu.
Manage pages
The Pages section lists all pages not currently in the navigation menu. Published pages have no label, while Draft pages are clearly marked.
Note:
You cannot reorder items in the Pages list using drag and drop.
To add a new page:
- Click the “+” next to Pages.
- Choose one of the following:
- Add a blank page: A draft page is added with a default title, which you can rename immediately.
- Generate a new page with AI: Opens the AI generator in a new tab. The generated page is added to the top of the list.
Note:
Newly created pages appear in Draft status and can only be added to the menu after being published.
To add a page to the navigation:
- Drag a published page from the Pages list into the Navigation menu.
Important:
Draft pages cannot be dragged into the navigation menu and will show an error if attempted.
Page settings
Click the Settings (gear) icon next to any page to open the Page Settings panel.
Here you can manage:
- Title (required)
- Navigation label
- URL slug (auto-formats into the full URL)
- Page status (Publish/Draft)
- Show in navigation menu (only available when published)
- Set as Home Page
- Duplicate
- Edit page
- Move to Trash
To apply changes:
- Click Save at the top right after modifying any settings.
To remove a page from navigation:
- Toggle off Show in navigation menu and click Save.
To duplicate a page:
- Click Duplicate to create a copy and open it in a new tab. Rename the copy from the settings panel.
To move a page to trash:
- Click Move to Trash. The page is removed from the list and added to the Trash view. The settings panel is disabled until the action completes.
Trash management
To view trashed pages click the “...” next to Pages and choose Manage Trash.
From here, you can:
- Restore individual pages
- Permanently delete them
- Empty the trash entirely
Manage posts and products
The Posts and Products sections appear only if your site contains those content types.
You can:
- View each item’s publish status

Click the Edit icon to choose between:
Edit content (opens in Gutenberg or 10Web Builder)
Edit template (opens single post/product template in 10Web Builder) -
Click the Settings icon to manage:
Title
Navigation label
URL slug
Show in navigation menu
Important:
You cannot drag posts or products into the navigation menu in the current version.
Note:
These same settings and edit options are available when accessed from the Navigation menu.
Manage Templates
Templates appear in grouped lists based on their type. This section displays only templates that exist on the site.
- Templates have Draft or Published status indicators.
- Custom template types display as group headings.
- Clicking the Edit icon opens the template in the 10Web Builder.
