This guide walks you through the process of setting up your 10Web White Label Reseller dashboard and starting to onboard your clients.
All setup steps are done in the Reseller Suite tab.
Follow these steps to complete your reseller dashboard setup:
White label tab
Go to the White Label tab
- Enter your company name
- Upload your logo
- Choose a primary color for your dashboard
Important:
If you don’t make any changes, the default branding will be applied automatically.
Set up your dashboard domain
Add a domain for your dashboard, so that your clients will log in to their accounts via your custom login page under a custom URL (like my.example.com)
Go to the Branded domain tab
- Add a domain for your dashboard
- Clients will log in via your custom URL and custom login page
Note:
You can either Connect your own domain — you’ll receive DNS records to verify it, or purchase a domain directly through 10Web
Add a custom domain for client websites
This will set up a custom domain your clients' websites will be created under. (e.g. site1.example.com, site2.example.com etc.)
- If your custom domain is purchased from 10Web, it will be pointed automatically after being added
- If you are adding a custom domain from another registrar, you will receive a set of Nameservers to point it with
Connect your Stripe account
Connect via the Payments tab
- Set up a Stripe account through 10Web’s secure flow
- Provide your company and banking details in the onboarding form
Once approved by Stripe, you can begin accepting payments.
Create your subscription plans
Go to Subscriptions tab
Set the subscription name and add features. At a minimum, you must include the number of hosted projects your clients will receive. You can also include your own services like marketing, design, or maintenance.
Set pricing options: monthly, yearly, or both.
You can create multiple pricing options for each billing cycle and activate or switch between them at any time. If you want to stop offering a pricing cycle, simply deactivate it — at least one option must remain active, however, already onboarded clients will stay on the pricing cycle they signed up with.
Important things to note:
Once created, pricing plans can’t be edited and you will need to add new ones instead.
At least one pricing option must stay active.
You must include the 10Web feature (number of websites) and set at least one pricing option.
You can increase the number of websites later, but cannot lower it.
Trial option (optional)
You can offer a 3-day free trial that includes trial websites. Enable or disable it anytime.
You can set multiple trial durations and test what works best.
The trial link stays the same. Add it to your pricing page, and remove it manually if you disable the trial.
How the trial works:
- No payment method is required.
- When the trial ends, the client’s dashboard access will be closed (they will be redirected to the subscription page prompting them to renew it), and the trial website will be permanently deleted.
Share your plans
Once your subscription plans are ready, you’ll get a unique link for each monthly and yearly plan. Add these links to your pricing page. This is a key part of your client onboarding flow.
When a client selects a plan, they’ll be redirected to your white-labeled checkout page. After purchase, they’ll automatically land on your branded dashboard, ready to start creating and managing websites.
