To avoid receiving spam entries, you can add ReCaptcha verification to your forms. Click Form Maker to the left of your WP dashboard and choose the form you to which you want to add ReCaptcha.
Click Add field.
Select Recaptcha as the field type. Here you can select “reCAPTCHA V2” to add an “I’m not a robot” box you’re probably familiar with, or go with “Invisible reCAPTCHA,” which will analyze the mouse movements and determine if it’s a robot or a person without any input from the user.
Here, you can also customize where you want the field to be displayed within the Display category.
Keep in mind that to make your ReCaptcha form work, you need to register your website on Google’s ReCaptcha website.
Click Admin console and fill out the form by adding a label, choosing ReCaptcha type, writing in your domain, agreeing to terms and conditions, etc.
Upon registering, you’ll be given the site key and secret key.
Go back to editing the Recaptcha field. You’ll see a button called To set up recaptcha keys click here. Click it and then copy-paste the keys you received into the fields on the page that opens.
Click Save and return to the page for editing the Recaptcha field and click Update.
Click Update again to update the whole form.
You’re done. To make sure the Recaptcha field works, click Preview.
