Your account login information is located under the Account Settings.
Important:
It is important to have an up to date email address, as this is the email address that 10Web uses for notifications about service updates, website status updates, and payment/billing communications.
Changing your email address

If you are logged in, get there faster.
To change the email address of your 10Web account:
- Log into your 10Web account
- Click on your avatar, located at the top right of the page
- Under Account settings, click on Login Info & Security
- Click on the Change Email button
- Fill in your new email address

Re-enter your new email address
Note:
You can reset your password in case you do not remember your password, or you think your password has been compromised.
- Enter your current password
- Click Save Changes
Missing confirmation email
If your confirmation email is not in your inbox, please make sure to check the spam folder of your email. If it is in the spam folder, make sure to move it to your inbox and mark it as important so that next time they land in your inbox.
If the confirmation email is not in your inbox or your spam folder, please make sure that you have entered the correct email in the New Email Address field of the form.
If the email is correct and you have not received the confirmation email, please contact our customer care team.
