Enabling the 10Web SEO service
The 10Web SEO service helps you improve the ranking and visibility of your website on search engines. It assists you in detecting and fixing SEO errors, provides a list of search queries users made to your website, and more. You can enable the service with just a few clicks in the 10Web Dashboard.
To enable the 10Web SEO service:
- Log in to your 10Web dashboard
- Click on the website where you would like to enable SEO
- To the left of the dashboard, click on SEO
- Click the Enable Now button
Note:
Enabling SEO service will automatically install the SEO By 10Web plugin in your WordPress website and will be accessible through your WP admin dashboard.
Configuring SEO by 10Web
Start customizing and managing your websites SEO by clicking the corresponding button in your 10Web dashboard or by going to the WordPress dashboard of your website.
- Custom Metadata - Metadata is data about data. Metadata is usually used to find and identify data without having the content of the data it is used to identify. With this feature you can customize the metadata of your content, allow meta bots to follow or not follow, to index or not index your data.
- Canonical URLs - Duplicate content is bad for SEO. Canonical URLs help to consolidate duplicate content by giving the original content a canonical tag and rendering it the one to be indexed by bots.
- XML Sitemap - An XML sitemap is the structure of your website. It contains the important pages of your website. This is what search engines crawl first. You can automatically generate and customize your website’s XML sitemap.
- Search Analytics - Allow 10Web SEO to analyze your site and give you analytics on how your visitors interact with your website.
- Redirects - Fix broken links by redirecting them to other URLs or new pages.
