Before you begin
You can manage the billing details that appear on downloaded invoices under the Billing Details section of your Workspace.
In 10Web dashboard, you can view your billing history with all of the invoices from your account settings.
Note:
If you need an invoice before making a purchase, or you need a credit/refund confirmation or receipt, please get in touch with our customer care team via live chat.
Quick tip:
You can quickly view all invoices from your Workspace.
Viewing invoices
- Click on the user drop-down menu in the upper left of 10Web dashboard
- Click on Invoices
- Click on Download PDF for a copy of an invoice
Note:
You can update the invoice details on previous and future invoices from the Billing Details section.
