If you are not satisfied for any reason during the first 30 days of your 10Web subscription plan, our unconditional money-back guarantee allows you to cancel your plan for a full refund by contacting our customer care team.

You are responsible for carefully reviewing a 10Web plan and any specific conditions related to a particular product or service before subscribing. Please read over our Terms of Service to find out more.
A few details to keep in mind about this guarantee:
- Only first-time customers are eligible. Returning customers may be eligible for a partial refund based on the refund policy terms as stated below.
- The 30-day guarantee period starts on the date you subscribe to any platform plan, even if you change platform plans or upgrade between platform plans during the money-back period.
Refund policy
All 10Web customers are eligible for a prorated refund of standard platform plan charges.
Important:
The refund policy does not apply for additional inclusions in a platform plan. Add-ons such as, storage, or additional charges for overages are not eligible for a refund. Any such fees will be deducted from the refund amount. If the cost of additional inclusions or overages exceeds the refund amount, you are responsible for any remaining balance.
If you decide to cancel your plan after the first 30 days, we calculate your prorated refund based on:
- The unused days remaining in your monthly or annual plan.
- The daily price for the standard version of the plan (add-ons and overages are excluded from refunds).
