After creating or altering your page with 10Web Builder, the next steps involve previewing how your page will look live and then publishing it. If after publishing you decide to make changes, you have the option to save your edits as a draft or as a template for future use.
How to preview and publish your page
In 10Web Builder editor, look for the preview icon
located on the top bar. Click this icon to see how your page will appear on the actual website.Note:
The preview link is different from the actual page link.
If the page meets your expectations and you're ready to go live, click the Publish button.
Save as a draft or template
In case you need to edit a page that's already been published, you can save your changes as a draft, which means your live page remains unaffected while you perfect your design.
Alternatively, saving the page as a template allows you to reuse your design either on the current site or on a different one.
- Click the arrow next to the Update or Publish button found in the upper right corner of the top bar.
- Choose either Save Draft or Save as Template depending on your needs.
Congratulations on mastering the essentials of managing your pages using 10Web Builder!
