Steps to activate the website hosting subscription plan
- Log in to your 10Web account.
- In the top left corner of your dashboard, you will see the Workspace button. Click on it to access your Workspace options.
- From the dropdown menu, click on Subscription Plan within the Workspace settings. This will take you to the Subscription Plan tab where you can manage your current and past subscriptions.
- In the Subscription Plan tab, you will find the description of your canceled plan.
- At the bottom right, you will see a button to Activate Subscription. Click this button to reactivate your subscription.
- After clicking the Activate Subscription button, you may be prompted to confirm your decision. Follow any additional instructions to complete the reactivation process.
