If your platform or plugin subscription plan on 10Web has expired and you want to renew it, follow these straightforward steps to reactivate your subscription through 10Web Dashboard.
Steps to renew the subscription plan
- Log into your 10Web account. You will be automatically redirected to the Subscription Plan tab.
- At the bottom right of the description of your plan, you will see a Renew Subscription button. Click this button to proceed.
- A pop-up will appear, prompting you to choose or enter a payment method.
- Click Secure Checkout to complete the payment to renew the subscription.
Note:
Your domain subscription is managed separately from My products >Domains section of your 10Web Dashboard.
