What you give access to
By enabling access to your dashboard and websites, you give our technical support team a 14-day temporary administrative access to your 10Web and WordPress dashboards including access to the workspaces you have access to with their current permissions. Prior to taking actions that may affect the user experience of your website, you will be notified.
Important:
10Web technical support team members go through extensive security and privacy training. Those authorized to access client dashboards have signed confidentiality agreements. During the time that we have access to your dashboard, your data will be safe and will not be deleted. No extra steps will be taken without consultation and approval from you. Prior to taking actions that may affect the user experience of your website, you will be notified.
