Every form on a website built with 10Web's Agentic Website Builder - a contact form, a survey, a quiz, a payment form - runs on the same Forms plugin. You create and change a form's fields, layout and style only through the AI chat. Your WordPress admin is where you manage what a form does once it exists: notifications, spam protection, payments, integrations and entries.
If you haven't created a form yet, see How to Create and Customize Forms with 10Web.
Access your forms in WordPress Admin
To access your forms:
- Log in to your account at my.10web.io.
- Find the website you want to manage.
- Open the website's WordPress Admin clicking on W icon on your website cart.
- In the WordPress sidebar, open Forms administration area.
Managing forms from your WordPress admin
Your WordPress admin's Forms menu operates forms that already exist: it turns them on or off and configures notifications, spam protection, payments, connected services and entries. It never edits a form's fields, layout or styling.
All Forms
Click Forms in the left menu to see every form on the site: its name, active/inactive state, and how many entries it has received. There is no "create" button here — forms always start in the AI chat. Each row links to that form's own Fields (read-only), Settings, Entries, Performance and Activity.
Single form's Settings tabs
Click Settings on a form's row to configure it. Which tabs you see depends on the form — a Payments tab only appears when the form has a payment element.
- Fields: read-only list of the fields the AI chat built.
- Basics: the form's name, description, settings to enable/disable the following actions: save & resume, account registration, and scheduled export.
-
Notifications: one or more notification emails — who they go to, the subject, the HTML body, and an optional condition so one only sends when certain answers match. Notification subjects and bodies accept merge tags such as
{{form_name}},{{all_fields}},{{field:field_key}},{{entry_id}},etc. - After Submission: what the visitor sees after they submit.
- Spam Protection: this form's own override of the site-wide spam settings by enabling a honeypot, creating a keyword blocklist, setting a minimum submission time, and applying a country filter.
- Access: restrictions on who can submit the form.
- Connected Services: attach an already-connected account (Slack, Mailchimp, Google Sheets, a webhook, and so on) to this form. Accounts are connected once, site-wide, under Forms → Connections.
- Payments (only if the form has a payment element): the payment provider and test/live mode for this form.
Note:
A payment element can only be added to a form through the AI chat. WordPress admin has no button to turn a form into a payment form.
Entries
Click Entries to see every submission across all your forms, or open a form's row and click its own Entries link to see only that form's submissions. From here you can:
- Switch between Inbox, Unread, Starred, Spam and Trash, and search, filter and sort entries.
- Mark entries read or unread, star them, and add private notes.
- Open a printable single-entry view, or correct an entry's data manually.
- Delete entries individually or in bulk.
- Export entries to CSV, or import entries from a spreadsheet or another form tool.
- Resend an entry's notification email.
- Check a form's payment status per entry, where it applies.
Uploads, Performance and Activity Log
- Uploads: every file a visitor has uploaded through any form, with a storage-quota bar for the site. Deleting a file here frees up space; the entry it belonged to stays, with that answer shown as removed.
- Performance: a funnel view of how your forms are doing — published forms able to receive entries, a top-10 list by completed entries, and a conversion rate where the published site reports views. For surveys and quizzes, aggregate answer charts appear here too.
- Activity Log: a record of every change made to your forms and their settings, whether it came from the AI chat, this admin screen or the system itself.
Connections
Click Connections to connect the accounts your forms deliver submissions to: Google Sheets, Google Drive, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Slack, a webhook, or Zapier. Connect an account once here, then attach it to any form from that form's Connected Services tab — or ask the AI chat to attach it for you.
To connect a service, you'll need to provide a JSON or API key and webhook or endpoint URL. If you're unsure where to find it, describe the service you want to connect in the AI chat, and 10Web AI will guide you through the steps to obtain the required information.
Note:
Google Sheets and Google Drive connect by pasting a Google Cloud service account's JSON key, not by signing in with a Google account. A one-click Google sign-in is planned but not available yet.
Settings - Configure site-wide form settings
The plugin also provides site-wide settings that apply to your forms. Open the plugin's main settings area in WordPress Admin to manage these options.
Email branding and delivery
The Email Branding & Sending settings let you customize the appearance, sender information, and delivery preferences for notification emails sent through your forms.
- From name: The sender name displayed in notification emails. By default, this is your website's name.
- From email: The email address used to send notifications. Leave this field empty to use the default WordPress sender.
- Logo URL: The URL of the logo displayed in the header of notification emails.
- Accent color: The color used for branding elements in notification emails. Enter a hexadecimal color code.
- Appearance: Choose the email's visual theme, such as Light.
- Footer text: Add custom text to the bottom of notification emails.
- Send timing: Choose when notification emails are sent. The currently selected option is Immediately.
- Allow CC recipients: Enable or disable the option to include CC recipients in notification emails.
- After making your changes, click Save Changes.
Spam protection
The Spam Protection tab lets you configure site-wide settings to prevent unwanted and automated form submissions.
- Caught spam is: Choose whether spam submissions are discarded or retained for review.
- Retention period (days): Set how long retained spam is stored before automatic deletion. Enter 0 to keep it indefinitely.
- Minimum seconds to submit: Set the minimum time visitors must spend before submitting a form. Faster submissions are treated as spam.
- Keyword blocklist: Enter words or phrases that trigger spam detection, one per line.
- Country filter: Allow or block submissions from specific countries using two-letter country codes.
- Trust the CDN country header: Enable country filtering when using a trusted CDN or proxy that securely provides visitor country information.
- Anti-bot provider: Select a third-party verification provider for your forms.
- Provider site key and secret key: Enter the credentials required by your selected anti-bot provider.
Note:
These settings apply site-wide, although individual forms can override certain options.
Note:
Only one third-party anti-bot verification provider can be active site-wide.
Privacy Defaults
The Privacy Defaults tab lets you configure how visitor data is collected and stored across your forms.
- Store visitor IP addresses: Enable or disable IP address collection. Individual forms can override this setting through AI chat.
- New forms include a consent checkbox: Automatically add a consent checkbox to newly created forms.
- Remove ALL data when the plugin is deleted: Permanently delete all forms, submissions, settings, and connections when the plugin is uninstalled. Disabled by default.
Click Save Changes to apply your settings.
Important:
Enabling Remove ALL data when the plugin is deleted can result in permanent data loss. Leave this option disabled unless you intentionally want all plugin data removed upon deletion.
Uploads
The Uploads tab lets you configure file upload limits and restrictions across all forms on your website.
- Accepted file types: Choose which file formats visitors can upload, including images, documents, archives, audio, and video.
- Max file size (MB): Set the maximum size allowed for each uploaded file. Server upload limits still apply.
- Total storage limit (MB): Set the total storage available for uploads across all forms. New uploads are blocked once the limit is reached.
- Email download links expire after (days): Set how long file download links sent by email remain valid.
Access & Permissions
The Access & Permissions tab lets you control which WordPress user roles can access and manage forms.
- View entries: Allow a user role to view form submissions.
- Manage forms & settings: Allow a user role to manage forms and their settings.
By default, only administrators have both permissions. Select the checkboxes for other roles as needed and click Save permissions.
Connecting a payment provider
Payment methods are connected once, site-wide, from your WordPress admin's Payments menu. The same connection is then shared by every form, booking or other feature on the site that takes payments — no individual form holds its own payment keys. All providers connect through an account-linking flow, with a separate test/sandbox mode from live transactions.
Important:
A form's payment element supports a single item or a simple total. Recurring or subscription billing is not supported in forms.
