What is a payment schedule?
10Web accepts annual or monthly payments for all subscription plans. Your plan automatically renews at the end of the billing cycle and continues billing on the chosen payment schedule.
Changing your payment schedule
You can switch between a monthly or annual payment schedule at any time. However, there are a few important things to note.
Switching from annual to monthly
If you’re currently on an annual plan and want to switch to a monthly plan, this change can’t be made directly from your account. To switch to a monthly payment schedule, please contact our support team through live chat or by emailing support@10web.io. Our team will assist you with this change.
Switching from monthly to annual
If you wish to switch from a monthly payment schedule to an annual one, you can make this change yourself directly from your account. There will be a clickable note labeled Switch to annual next to the Billing cycle section on your subscription page. However, there are some limitations you should be aware of:
- Your current plan’s price (including add-ons like additional websites or CDN) must not be higher than the price of the plan you want to switch to.
- The storage and visitor limits of your current plan must be equal to or lower than the plan you want to upgrade to.
Note:
Only the workspace owner can request a change of payment schedule.
