How to manage personal information

Your personal information is located under your Account Settings. You can personalize the information by setting:

  • A gravatar image

Note:

Adding a gravatar image allows everyone you collaborate with to better recognize and remember you.

  • Your name
  • Phone number
  • Website
  • Time zone

Note:

In order for the data records such as usage summary, Backup service restore point dates, image optimizer history, etc... to be correct, it is important to set your time zone.

Personal Information

To manage or customize your personal information: 

  1. Log into your 10Web account
  2. Click on your avatar located at the top right corner of the page
  3. Click on Personal InformationYou can directly access the account settings page in the 10Web dashboard where you can fill in and edit your personal information such as name, phone, website, and time zone using this link: https://my.10web.io/account/account-settings.
  4. Fill in or customize the information and click Save
