How does the affiliate program work?

How to join the 10Web Affiliate Program

The 10Web Affiliate Program runs on Impact, a reliable partner platform that tracks affiliate performance, manages commissions, and facilitates payments. This guide walks you through how to register, manage your affiliate dashboard, and ensure your earnings are correctly processed.

To sign up for the 10Web Affiliate Program through Impact, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the 10Web Affiliates Page.
  2. Click Become an affiliate.
  3. Accept the affiliate agreement terms in the pop-up.
  4. Select a registration method: email, Google, LinkedIn, etc.
  5. Enter your personal details, including mobile number.
  6. Choose your business category based on how you interact with your audience.
  7. Click Continue and choose all applicable promotion methods.
  8. Add your website URL.
  9. Fill in the “Tell us about yourself” section.
  10. Select your preferred currency and click Submit.

Important:

Have your tax and company information ready and verify your account through email to complete the signup.

Accessing tracking links

Once your application is approved, you can find your affiliate tracking links on your Impact dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Create a Link.
  2. To change the landing page, enter a new URL in the destination field and click Create.


Accessing banner ads

You can add visual content to your website using banners:

  1. Go to Content > Assets> Images tab in your Impact dashboard.

  2. Select the ad you want, then click Get Ad Code or Get Tracking Link.
  3. Copy and embed the HTML code into your site.

Setting up payment preferences

To receive commissions, configure your payout settings:

  1. In your Impact dashboard, go to Balance > Bank Account Settings
  2. Select your payment method:
    • PayPal: Enter your PayPal email.
    • EFT: Enter your bank details.

Submitting tax documents

Depending on your location, you must submit a tax form:

  1. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
  3. In the Settings menu, click on Tax Documents.


  4. Click Submit Tax Document.
  5. Click Continue to proceed to DocuSign and complete the submission.

Commission payout terms

To ensure transparency and fairness, the following rules govern how and when affiliate commissions are earned and paid.

1. Payout eligibility

  • Commission basis: Commissions are paid based on actual payments received by 10Web from customers referred through your affiliate link.

  • Referral qualification: A referred customer must be entirely new to 10Web. If their Customer ID has existed in our system at any point during the 12 months prior to their first recorded action, the referral will not qualify for commission. This applies to both Platform and API plans.

2. Commission duration

  • Platform plans: Affiliates earn a 30% commission on all payments made by the referred customer for up to 12 months after their first payment.

  • API plans: For monthly subscriptions, affiliates earn 30% commission on all payments made during the first 4 months following the initial payment.

For annual subscriptions, affiliates earn a 10% commission on the first annual payment.

3. Refunds and payment reversals

  • If a customer’s payment is refunded, reversed, or reimbursed before the payout freeze date, the associated commission will be canceled and not paid out.
