This guide walks you through updating invoice details, locating invoices, and understanding billing access permissions.
Updating invoice details
- Click on the Workspace drop-down menu located on the upper left of the dashboard
- Select Billing Details
- Change or update the name, company name, address, and VAT (if applicable)
- Click the Save button
Can’t find invoices?
If you don’t see your invoices in the dashboard, please check to make sure you are logged into the correct user and Workspace in the upper left corner of the dashboard.
Important:
Only a Workspace Owner or Administrator has access to invoices and billing details.
