You can add, delete, or set a preferred payment method to make managing 10Web subscription payments easier.
10Web accepts credit cards payments.
Note:
Only workspace owners or admins can edit a payment method.

How to add a payment method
- Click on the user drop-down menu in the upper left of the 10Web dashboard
- Select Payment Methods
- Click Add Payment Method
- Enter and save your credit card information
How to delete a payment method
Note:
You must have an available payment method set as your main payment method at all times. To delete the current main payment method, add another payment method and set it as the main payment method.
- Click on the user drop-down menu in the upper left of the 10Web dashboard
- Select Payment Methods
- Click on the three vertical dots found at each payment method’s right.
- Select Remove Payment Method
- Click Yes, Remove
How to set the main payment method
Important:
All account charges will use the main payment method if the main payment method is a credit card. If your main payment method is set to PayPal, resource overage will be charged on the attached credit card.
- Click on the user drop-down menu in the upper left of the 10Web dashboard
- Select Payment Methods
- Click on the three vertical dots found at the preferred payment method’s right.
- Select Make main payment method
- Click Confirm
