Receiving an unfamiliar charge on your credit card or PayPal account can be concerning. Here’s what you need to know about charges associated with your 10Web account.
Quick tip:
View your Invoices in Workspaces Settings to see your complete billing history.
Before you begin
You may have more than one account or multiple Workspaces with 10Web. This can sometimes create charges on your credit card that makes it appear as though you were charged twice.
If you have more than one email, (such as work and personal) or signed up using social media (Google, Facebook, etc.), try logging in one by one to see the charges associated with each account. You can view and manage each account’s Invoices in Workspace Settings.
You can check which account you’re currently using in your dashboard’s top right corner.
You can switch between Workspaces with the icons located on your dashboard’s left.
Note:
If you find that your account was charged twice on the same day, please reach out to customer care for assistance.
How 10Web charges appear on statements
10Web charges look slightly different on PayPal and credit card or bank statements.
Credit card payments are processed through Stripe. They appear as 10WEB.IO, US.
PayPal payments to 10Web appear as PAYPAL*TENWEB INC, US.
Most common charges
The most common charges occur from plan fees automatically renewing, but you may also see other types of charges.
Quick tip:
You can view your current subscription plan under the Subscription Plan tab in Workspace Settings.
Monthly or annual plan fees
Subscription plan fees automatically occur on your preferred monthly or annual schedule. Customer care can help you change your payment schedule at any time.
Your one month free expired
You may have chosen to get started on 10Web with a free plan that was automatically renewed as a paid subscription. Our customer care team can help you cancel your plan to avoid future charges.
Overages and addons
You may receive monthly charges for visitor or storage overages that exceed your subscription plan’s included resources. You’ll also see a new charge when you purchase addons, such as support for additional websites.
Workspace payment methods
Workspace Admin users can add a payment method for Workspace charges, even on a Workspace owned by someone else. You can manage available payment methods in your Workspace settings to add, delete, or set the main payment method for future charges.
Charges at an unexpected day or time
Depending on the payment method and its processing, you may notice a charge appears a few hours earlier or later than expected on the scheduled billing date.
Automatic credit card payments usually process at 12:00 UTC +0. For PayPal, automatic charges usually process between 10:00 and 14:00 UTC +0.
In the case of significant time zone differences, you may notice a one-day difference in the charge’s date on your bank or card statement.
