Canceling your plugin subscription
Quick tip:
You can cancel your plugin or plugin bundle subscription from Subscription Plan in your Workspace Settings.
To cancel your plugin subscription:
- Log in to your 10Web dashboard
- Click the Workspace menu on the page’s top left
- Select Subscription Plan
- To cancel your subscription, use the button click here.
Plugins and plugin bundles can be purchased just once for lifetime use, or you can sign up for a recurring subscription so that you can access new features, updates, and premium support.
If you cancel your plugin subscription, the recurring payments stop, but you can continue to use your subscription’s features and services until the end of the current billing period.
After your subscription ends, you still have access to the plugin or plugins included in the bundle that you purchased, but you will lose access to:
- New features as they are released
- Updates for improvements and security
- Premium support
- 10Web dashboard
Downgrading your plugin subscription

Potential charges to be aware of
To prevent automatic renewal charges, please consider canceling your subscription a few days before your subscription’s scheduled renewal date. Automatic credit card payments are typically processed at 12:00 UTC +0. Depending on the processing time, waiting until your subscription’s last day to cancel may be too late to prevent an automatic renewal charge.
