Feature Request: Include specific days, instead of excluding dates.

Hi there!

It would be a great feature, if you could use the date field only with specific dates.
Right now, you only can exclude specific days.

But if you have only some days to offer to your customers, you have to exclude all the other days. That's not a good workaround and the requested feature would help a lot in those cases.
