My idea is to have a Submit Ticket Button displayed prominently on the account page.

By not having such, you may be in violation of the Americans with disabilities act as well as accessibility laws. By making a legally blind disabled person have to go through a series of cryptic roadblocks to get help with his web site that he pays a premium for.. How do I get Help without posting on facebook or some other public user supported venue. How do I EASILY as a disabled person submit a support ticket?
