New feature calculator

The following would be amazing to have in your form maker calculator:

1) Input fields [Slider, Select, Checkbox, etc] have a checkbox to let us add values so that we can use them to create an estimation using conditions (if, if else, etc) with (maths).

2) Have two buttons (if enabled), one used to send email quote if user dont want to pay upfront, button second for the payment.

3) Summary of the selections at the right side of the form and get that via email.

4) Real time user currency concersion
