Adding Posts in the DashBoard

Kindly make 10Web so that We manage all our sites from one dashboard. If we need to edit the post from our WordPress dashboard or through the 10web dashboard both options are available. Now we can only update our sites and can only create pages through 10Web Dashboard but We are unable to create posts through DashBoard.
