Concerns and Challenges with Business AI Starter Upgrade

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and frustration with the Business AI Starter upgrade I recently purchased. Despite investing valuable funds, I have encountered multiple issues that hinder the desired outcomes.

One recurring problem is the necessity to delete my website on more than five occasions. The prompt to upgrade for access to the AI generator adds to my concerns. The primary reason for these deletions stems from complications arising each time I made alterations to the website or switched domains on both the WordPress platform and the domain section. Consequently, the website failed to function or displayed an outdated version when searched using the domain. This perplexing situation impeded my ability to implement changes, leading to the repeated deletion of the website. Furthermore, reloading backups only provided temporary relief, as the same issues persisted.

As someone managing a business, the suboptimal performance of AI-generated websites poses a significant obstacle. Additionally, I encountered a billing discrepancy, as I was charged double for the AI Starter upgrade. Despite upgrading less than ten days ago, an additional charge was incurred at the end of the month. This has left me feeling unjustly charged, especially considering the initial purchase was made during a promotional period on Black Friday.

Another point of contention is the limitation on AI generator usage to five times a month, despite the expectation of having ten uses, figuratively speaking.
