Function requested: Function for checking, managing and repairing shortcodes

If you use Photo Gallery for a long time and work intensively with it, it can happen, for example, that I create and use a lot of gallery shortcodes. Some shortcodes are no longer used and cannot be deleted and remain as corpses in the system. Sometimes I also want to adjust the properties of the shortcodes. A table-like overview with options for changing the settings, deleting options and checking for the shortcodes would be very helpful.
