Status of Sauron WP theme

I have a website that is using the free WP Sauron theme that was originally from Web-Dorado.  The website is having issues with errors in trying to access or customize any settings related to the theme from the WP admin backend.  I am sure that a Wordpress or webhost update at some point has broken this admin access.  

Is the Sauron theme still supported?
What is the current Sauron theme version?
Where can I find the free Sauron theme?
What are the webhost and Wordpress minimum requirements to run the theme?

Current installation is:
PHP 8.1
Wordpress 6.4.5
