make USA default and option

I know not everyone uses it for the USA.  But I am sure many do. It would be nice to have an easier way to auto select USA for those who are primarily based there, so that the State dropdown works.

Without it, it's confusing for customers and not everyone is adept at adding javascript.

Maybe you could add an option in the settings? (I could see it for any of your biggest countries really.)
