Image not Linked in Popup Window

If you have an event with an image with a link and it is not a featured image or it is the only image in the post it does not link to the href that is attached to it.

  When the user has an image added to the event through the HTML editor and when a featured image is not added to the event, 
  the link set to the image in the HTML editor doesn't redirect when the event shows up in a popup. But when adding a featured image to the event, the redirect set to the image in the HTML editor works in the popup.
