Allow or Disallow emails to subscribers

Hello,

We have been using this application for many months and have noticed that every time we make a small update the any event the application sends out an email to all subscribers. We don't beleave this should happen all the time, we beleve there should be a popup tab/box that asks do you want to send out emails to all subscribers of this revision?

Can this be added to this application?
