Style Tag Filter box

It would be good to have the Tag Box options added to theme editor

To not be able to change the fonts, size, colour etc. on the front end to match the others in themes is frustrating.

Also being able to rename the generic text that's initially viewable in the drop down, so 'Select Tag' could become something like 'Select product', would make it much more friendly to users who aren't always aware of 'Tags'

  'Select Tag' can be changed with desired message from en_US.po language file.

  Using the above direction, can you provide a step-by-step instruction to change the "ALL TAGS" button to "FILTER"?
