almost ALL form plugin in WordPress (even free versions) have a button review before the users send the form... this doesn't have... I bought this plugin thinking that has a REVIEW BUTTON but doesn't have...

  my advice about reviews button, is to recognize the content that will be sent in email and display on a simple popup, then submit... what so difficult?
