Mapping Access to fields in form blocks like Name and Address.

The form blocks Name and Address have several interior fields.  In Name there is a First, Middle and Last name sub fields.  Yet, you cannot map the field First in Name into, say, a a first_name in your MySQL table.  Similarly there are interior fields in the Address Form block where you cannot map an interior field into a table field.  This appears to be an easy enough feature to add.
