personalize name files in upload

In the upload file form field, the file name may be variable depending on the content of another form field. Example user field = "user1", file name uploaded = "user1" & currenttime

  I agree with this request.  It is particularly helpful with multiple form submissions with the ability to upload multiple files to each form.  Perhaps the default prefix could be the submission ID.
