Moving the Uninstall button under the general Options page

Hi.

Right now, when reaching the end (bottom) of the general Options page of Form Maker, there is a small button called Uninstall.

The problem is with the location of this button in this specific place. After going over the general options of the plugin and reaching this place, the user can be mistaken to think that this is the Save button and instinctively click it. Obviously, this is a mistake in 99% of the times, especially bad when considering the function of this specific button.

I suggest moving this button to some other location in this page, AND making it much more noticeable also for its function and its effect on the plugin. Something like making it bigger, in red color and maybe even with a warning icon and tooltip accordingly.
