'today' displaying a date months from now

I've tried using 'today' as well as '0d' but both display 11/27/20 but today is 9/10/20 - any ideas as to why the date is not displaying correctly? It's not the server, I've check with my hosting company.

  I had a similar problem. Current date is Oct 11 2020, however Dec 28 2020 was displayed.  I discovered using parameters such as today, +1y, -3d without enclosing it in single quotes (') it worked as described.  The mention of the single quote needs to be removed from the right side of Date field toolbox.
