MailChimp extension needs to have a "Pending" option under Action

The MailChimp extension is great, but it lacks the selection of Pending to make it truly integrate with MailChimp. As is, it pushes the contact information onto a list as subscribed without the double opt-in requirement of some lists. This is in violation of many anti-spam laws and could be legally problematic.
