Access Permissions feature to avoid breach of privacy
Today, I realise that we are able to access the backend of a client's site anytime we want from the 10web dashboard without requiring login details from the client. I hope there will be an access permission feature added as we should not be able to access a client's site as and when we want to.
The way this AI builder is setup, the client's WP backend has to have 10web's plugin installed. Hence, based on current features, my staff will always be able to access a client's site anytime they want even after project handover.
And that's a breach of privacy which has legal implications.
Given the fact that we are unable to control what our staff can do while they are in the 10web dashboard, especially for overseas VAs that we work with, this will be a serious problem for many agency owners.
Please consider adding a feature where the client can turn on/off access to their website's backend from the 10web dashboard. Clients will only turn it on when they need help and support from us and when we have finished providing support, they can turn it off again.
