Automating form creation with data from external source

I'm using Form Maker to create a monthly quiz. The form includes several HTML fields which need to be updated every month. I currently do it by manually copying and pasting the requisite content from an Excel spreadsheet into the HTML fields. Is there a way to automate the procedure, through say a macro, or script?

  My suggest utilizing  the feature "options from database" with the field (example, select field).  Updating the questions through a database will save you much time from copy & paste method.  Your "questions" table in the database can be updated via a CSV file import.
