method to import csv file to update ‘dates to exclude’ in datepicker form field.

I use Form Maker to collect booking reservations. I use the datepiker field to allow users to select their booking date.  I use SQL mapping to transfer bookings information to my booking calendar (WPSimple booking calendar). On a daily/weekly basis, I run a mysql query against the WPSBC data table to create a list of booked dates, which I export to a CSV file. I then cut/paste the csv values into the ‘dates to exclude’ field in Advanced options for the datepicker field.   Having a method to import an existing CSV file would be helpful to reduce the cut/paste effort. could be an option in the Advanced Option section, to import a csv file.

BTW, I really like how FORM MAKER works, and especially the ability to use Javascript to enhance form field behaviors.  thanks.
