New testing spot (environment) in dashboard
I suggest, to create inside the main menu 1 extra spot, where the customers can develop their website, and if they like it, works properly, then they can import as a new page or they can update the data in already existing page.
Example:
I can have presently 3 web pages in the menu. All 3 are occupied. If I have a new idea, I have to make the backup, delete full 1 web page, work inside the environment, when is job done, I upload this inside the website number 2 and the page number 3 I must again upload with the old data...
Question? Why I do not work directly on the site, where I want to make the changes?
Because of errors, mistakes, not functionality... If something happens, then you have to wait for customer support, which as we all know, when you need most, it is not working or not helping...
Imagine, you have web-shop, or any website, what need to be accessible 24/7. If is not, you are losing customers and reputation. But if you have as I say testing spot, you can create there what you need, you can test it, and when it's done and working properly, then you can with the simple steps import all data to the existing website, without errors or having stupid plugin "working on the site, come back later..."

I understand what you want (I think) but if you have paid for 3 sites, and this is what 10web's model is and not unlimited sites as some others do, then you get what you pay for. You could just pay for 1 site for one month and do what you want to try (or probably try what you want at a different hosting provider who allows unlimited sites and migrate here if you like it). The latter suggestion also bypasses what you said about waiting on customer support.
Other than that I can think only of 2 other dodgy botched ways...a sub-domain or re-purpose a staging environment for your idea and backup the result with UpdraftPlus or similar.
I fully support your idea but I don't think it's a economical business move for 10web.
