Overlay Title fixed on compact album

I have two questions

1. Is there any option how to fixed overlay title on compact album not require to title show on hover.

2. Is there any option to set title text and description under the image in lightbox gallery not overlay on image because in mobile version if i have long text then it will cover the whole image and image not shown proper on mobile.
