Feature Request: A flat tag cloud list that doesn't involve a bunch of flashy stuff.

There's a bit of urgency behind this feature request; my clients are old, 65 years old and up and already they're complaining about the tag cloud widget I installed.

I need to somehow strip out the javascript movement that is completely and totally superfluous. If there's a way to remove it please tell me how.
