Set start value for country when filling phone number

Heya,

Im currently creating a website for a restaurant and they want their customers to be able to book a table. I started with the form and it was really simple to use. As most of their customers are Swedish I want to be able to set "Sweden +46" as a start value on the region. Another idea to expand it would be to be able to set many values that follow the start value. Perhaps even be able to order them. Perfect for summer when many tourists arrive.
